How much time does it take to plan an incentive travel?
We usually plan an incentive travel from a year before but are also experienced planning with a tight schedule. At the beginning of the process we build together with you a timeline that is suitable for your needs and that allows us to plan to the finest details. It depends a lot on what you want from your event.
Can you offer services that are for specific parts of an event?
Of course! We can assist with any specific aspect of your event- from venue sourcing, to recommending vendors, concept building or logistics assistance. We are happy to incorporate in our planning the elements and suppliers that are important for you, and are glad to share our vast experience.
Do you plan events only at specific locations abroad?
Our personal approach allows us to plan your event in the exact way that you imagine it, taking place at any location around the globe. We have experience in the locations we have already produced events, but our tools and talented team allows us to plan outstanding events anywhere you desire.
